"Bosses' Night" is a time for Marines to get together at the club with their peers and senior Marines for a social evening. It's a time to get to know their bosses outside of the working environment. Bosses' Night builds camaraderie and esprit de corps. This particular event may not be a favorite time for some wives, as their husbands may be home later than usual, but it's one that should be cheerfully accepted as one of the "thorns" in the life of a Marine wife.
