Waiting

Waiting

This was written for my long-distance Fiancé. It will be another year and a
half till we can be physically together, and I just sit here and wait...

Waiting

Until I see you
I will slowly crawl through the day
waiting ever so impatiently
praying each hour away.

Until I see you
my heart will ache every night
wanting to crawl into your arms
to feel things perfect and right.

Until I see you
my smile remains fake
towards everyone I wish were you
because they are not my soulmate.

When I see you
filled will be my hours
my heart will fly
and my smile will be yours.

When I see you
time will cease
perfection will be ours
and love is all we'll need.
5-2001

I love you LCPL James R. White!
